Gamma Speed Ladder

The GAMMA Speed Ladder is ideal for developing foot speed, quickness, balance and coordination for all sports. The Speed Ladder sets up on-court and is ready for use in seconds. Metal loops are sewn into each end of the nylon straps and grounds stakes are provided to secure the ladder for off-court training. The 15 foot long by 19 inch wide ladder is constructed of durable woven nylon straps with 11 adjustable scuff-resistant poly rungs. A nylon draw string carry bag is included for easy transport and storage.
